Shipping Policy

1. KITA Fragrances ships anywhere in South Africa.

2. Shipping is free for all orders over R600.

3. For orders less than R600, a shipping fee of R85  will be charged. 

4. Orders will only be prepared only once full payment has been received.

5. Orders will be dispatch from KITA Fragrances within 1 - 3 working days from receipt of above mentioned payment. The time to dispatch of wholesale / bulk orders will be estimated on the quote.

6. An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched and you can follow the delivery process by clicking on the link. Delivery time from dispatch is between 1 - 3 days depending on the area. Most central area deliveries take place within one day. Outlying areas take longer. 

 

Refund Policy

1. All KITA Fragrances products have a quality money-back guarantee. Should you not be happy with your product for any reason, please contact us within three weeks of receipt of purchase and we will send the courier to collect the product and refund you in full.

2. Please ensure that packages are inspected upon receipt in the presence of the courier representative.  In case of missing merchandise, reservations must be written directly on the delivery note with signature of the courier representative. The customer must send a copy of this delivery note to KITA Fragrances within two calendar days.

3. Due to the nature of the products sold, KITA Fragrances will not be liable if any previously agreed conditions of handling or storage are not respected by the customer or if the goods have been tampered with by the customer in any way.

4. Once the customer has sent to KITA Fragrances its claim within the designated period, we pledge to replace or reimburse, the products we have recognised as not conforming to our specifications or as having potential defect.

5. Any return of goods after three weeks of purchase shall be subject to prior written agreement between the customer and KITA Fragrances. The customer will have to provide justifications of the defects, deficiencies or non-conformitihes that arise after three weeks of receipt of purchase by allowing KITA Fragrances to collect the product for inspection. The customer must allow KITA Fragrances to see these defects and remedy them. Any goods returned without our agreement will be held at the disposal of the customer. In this case, KITA Fragrances will not issue a credit note and will not pay the transport costs.

6. No returns for ANY reason will be accepted after three months from dispatch.
