Hand-poured in our Cape Town studio, the KITA Ocean Fresh Candle is crafted using a premium soy wax blend for a clean, even burn. The scent is subtle on cold throw, generous when lit — designed to fill a room without overwhelming it.

Candle Burning Instructions

Enjoy your KITA candle safely and get the most out of its ±55 hour burn time by following these care tips:

First Burn
Let your candle burn for 2–4 hours the first time, until the melted wax reaches the edges.

This prevents tunnelling and promotes an even burn.
*Trim the Wick
*Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting.

This helps avoid smoke and ensures a steady flame.

Burn Time +/- 55 hours
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Allow wax to cool and reset between burns.

Safety
Place on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts and flammable objects.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Finishing Up
Stop use when 10mm of wax remains to prevent overheating.

Once empty, clean and reuse your glass vessel however you like.
