If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within three weeks (21 calendar days) of receipt. We will arrange for collection of the product and issue a full refund.
Please Note:
Inspect your package upon delivery in the presence of the courier.
If any items are missing or damaged, note this on the delivery slip and ensure the courier signs it.
Email a copy of this signed slip to us within 2 calendar days.
KITA Fragrances will not be liable for damages or product faults caused by improper handling, storage, or tampering after delivery.
For returns made after 7 days but within 1 month of dispatch:
Written approval from KITA Fragrances is required.
The customer must provide proof of defect or non-compliance (e.g., photos, test results, or product samples).
KITA Fragrances reserves the right to inspect the returned items before approving a refund or replacement.
Products returned without prior approval will not be refunded or credited, and shipping costs will not be covered.
No returns will be accepted for any reason after 1 month from the original dispatch date.
