Shipping Policy

  1. KITA Fragrances ships its products anywhere within South Africa.
  2. A shipping fee of R110 will be charged.
  3. Orders will only be prepared for dispatch once full payment has been received.
  4. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 working days from receipt of payment. For wholesale/bulk orders, lead time to be discussed.
  5. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a link to track your delivery.
    Delivery times from dispatch vary between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location.
    Most central areas receive their orders within one day, while outlying areas take longer.
