Shipping Policy

  1. KITA Fragrances ships its products anywhere within South Africa.
  2. We offer free shipping for all orders above R900.
  3. A shipping fee of R110 will be charged for orders below R900.
  4. Orders will only be prepared for dispatch once full payment has been received.
  5. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 working days from receipt of payment. For wholesale/bulk orders, lead time to be discussed.
  6. .Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a link to track your delivery.
    Delivery times from dispatch vary between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location.
    Most central areas receive their orders within one day, while outlying areas take longer.
