At KITA, we believe in thoughtful details. Our services are designed to support a seamless experience while reflecting the care we put into everything we create.

Shipping 

Each order is packed by hand using secure, elegant packaging. We take great care in preparing your parcel for its journey, though we can’t control what happens once it leaves our studio.

Standard shipping rates apply. Free shipping is available on orders over R900 to main centres.

Gift Wrapping 

Beautiful gift wrapping is available as an add-on for any order.

Custom Gift Options 

Build a personalized gift by selecting your favorite KITA products. We’ll package it with care and can include a handwritten note upon request. Perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, or heartfelt gestures. 

Sustainability 

We’re committed to doing better for the planet. Our product boxes are made from PEFC-certified board, sourced from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources. Wherever possible, we use recyclable and minimal packaging, and produce in small batches to reduce waste. 

Bulk Gifting
